Volunteer Information

We appreciate the graciousness of parents, guardians, and the people of our community who wish to volunteer their time and efforts to enrich our students’ educational experiences. This is one of the reasons that makes Greenwood Schools a wonderful family like environment. We do take our charge for student safety seriously and require school volunteers to apply for a limited criminal history check, according to School Board policy. If you wish to participate, please see the following:

2.       Complete and turn in the FREE pdf Indiana State Police Limited Criminal History Request Authorization sheet (105 KB) to the school where you will be volunteering.

If you are contacted by the school to submit a Review Challenge Criminal History, you may use this link for the Safe Hiring Limited Check for a fee starting at $12.95.
